Ordered from these guys as a delivery, as a gift for a family member. Clearly indicated the family members name in the order, but delivery driver walked off as the billing name was different to the delivery order name. Driver apparently doesn’t have the patience or can’t read? Not sure. Anyway, still waiting for the order to be delivered even after 2x speaking to customer service on a new delivery time. Jimmy Brings is working on 1990s service experience. Would highly NOT recommend.

Great store, not as big as some but definitely holds their own. Parking upstairs is a bit rough, those ramps take a bit of teamwork. Maybe park out on the road if you can.

I wanted to buy a number of drinks I’m not very familiar with including whisky and brandy so started browsing a bit haphazardly. Before long the delightfully cheerful Nathan approached me to ask if I needed help. I did! Nathan listened carefully to my specs on price range and quality, checked info and reviews online to supplement his own knowledge, and within a few minutes I had selection. perfect for my needs. I’d return to the Thornleigh Dan Murphy’s just for another easy and fun experience with Nathan.
